Lng Dev issue with building app command

When I try build app ( lng dev ) I have this issue

No, project is without typescript, but I have this issue

We have verified this on below environment and didn’t observe any issue

OS : Ubuntu 20.04
Node : 20.16.0
Lightning CLI : V2.14.2 (Globally installed via npm install -g @lightningjs/cli )

Can you please provide more details on environment and also if possible can u share the sample project with which you are facing this issue?

Also just try to give CLI a fresh installation and see if you are still facing the issue.
